On Sunday 28th September I will be running the Robin Hood half marathon on behalf of Harmless and the Tomorrow project.

Harmless is an East Midlands based, user-led organisation providing a range of services about self harm and suicide, including support, information, training and consultancy to people in need, their friends and families, and professionals. Suicide prevention and suicide bereavement services are delivered through our sister service, The Tomorrow Project.

Teenage suicide is something that has impacted our close friends and family (our God daughter at the age of 15), so the mission of the charity I am supporting feels very personal.
