Hello! I'm very happy to be running the Oxford Half Marathon to support SAFE! a charity that supports young people affected by crime. The charity provides 1:1, group, and parent support to young people between the ages of 5 and 18 living in the Thames Valley area who have experienced and been affected by any type of crime or abuse. Each child is supported by one of their lovely staff members for 6-12 sessions that are tailored to their specific needs. SAFE! also provides longer term support to children who are going through the criminal justice process and who will have to give evidence in court.

One child said this after their support from SAFE! "I feel like it's helped me work through step by step my emotions and helped me feel justified in what I feel and how to deal with what I feel"
