This will be a new challenge for me, competing in the Castle Howard Aquathlon - meaning a 750m open water swim, followed by a 5k run! Part of my motivation is to raise funds for the fantastic therapeutic work that Vida do with women and girls whose lives and mental health are affected by past experiences of abuse. I am extremely proud to be stepping down as Chair of Vida after many years and continuing as a Trustee on the Management Committee.
