Music for Mind in memory of our dear friend Bong

On Friday 15th December at The Waggon & Horses Worcester Street Stourbridge 7.30pm we are holding a Music for Mind night in memory of our very special friend Bong (Chris Long). For the last 5 years we have held a night to celebrate the life of Chris & will continue to do so every year. All money raised will go to Dudley Mind. Lot's of Chris's friends can't be with us this year as they all live quite far away but still wanted to donate so even though they won’t be there in body they will be in spirit. So have set this page up for those that want to donate. Bong you will always live on through us all. A poem my Mom wrote when we lost Bong (Chris) God bless Bong (Chris) we know you will be with us on 15th & often with us. We all love & miss you so much ? B.O.N.G BEFORE.ONLY.NOT.GONE You have only left us before us Never will you be gone As your unique loving character will in all of us live on. Now you are with us all As we need your memory near But even as the years pass From our hearts you won't disappear That is the legacy you left us Your gift to help us cope We know you will be there for us to give us encouragement and hope On you,we knew we always could depend so for all of us There will never be an end Just a separation from a dear and much loved friend. You have only left before us Never will you be gone The "BONG" will always live on and on and on.
