I am doing a 40 mile ultra marathon - The South Canum by Pegasus. I have never ran this far before and am doing it for Popham Kidney Support as I know of a young lady that has kidney problems. I will be doing it with her in mind and others. It is a 40 mile race along the Brecon and Monmouthshire canal starting at fourteen locks in Newport and finishing in Brecon.
