So, my sister in law said she couldn't run another marathon, but apparently an Ultra is possible? So I have been convinced that an Ultra is not only a possibility but an excellent idea. So, it seemed logical to then raise money for a worthy cause. I chose Paul Popham because I have been a renal nurse for 18 years and I know how important peer support is to the patients I have cared for, they are a charity who have been heavily involved with youth work and the transplant games.
So, the lounge labrador is please, he can rest his little paws as 34 miles on a coastal path is too much for my furry friend. But Helen and me will be hopefully completing the run walk and most definitely crawl, Saturday 7th October. And any money raised will be going to a very worthy cause.
