We're inviting businesses and individuals to 'Sponsor-A-Project' at Petworth's Community Wellbeing Garden, to help support the health & wellbeing of more than 120 people each week, making a meaningful impact to people's daily lives.
"It's been a lifeline. I've been supported out of many dark places in my mind and in my life. I don't like to think about what I would do without it. The Community Garden = Natures Samaritans!"- Garden participant
Our wonderful Community Garden in Petworth has been working with our local community since 2005 in the heart of a social housing estate. We offer locals with limited means, access to free organic food, support with mental wellbeing and improving life chances through a variety of gardening and therapy projects, such as Learn & Grow, the Men's Shed and Thriving Thursday.
We offer all our projects for free and also provide hot lunches and community cooking lessons
We have also been working with the Petworth Food Bank to organise fruit & veg deliveries for families experiencing food poverty - as we want to ensure everyone can still access fresh and nutritious food.
In exchange for your kind sponsorship we will thank you on social media and our newsletter (please contact us if you do not give your consent to do this)
