Breaking Free Support Project offer one to one and group counselling to women at a local and national level; providing ongoing support to those ladies who've been affected by the numerous adverse effects of sexual assaults. We also offer a rehabilitive weekend retreat and being the only project in the UK to offer this healing experience; we pride ourselves on the survivor led work that we do.

Did you know Three in five females are abused by the age of eighteen .The community benefits from our project because we reach out to the vulnerable who deserve support , we provide them with the tools to recover ,grow and thrive in life . To regain their self-respect and most of all self-worth.

We expect to see a reduction in vulnerable adults and to see a reduction in crime,addiction,assaults ,rapes and for people to reach out for support by using the services that our community provide for them .
