Codi'r To have composed a song that refers to Castell Caernarfon and Castell Penrhyn. Celyn really enjoys attending the 'Clwb Codi'r To' each week, and so wants to thank them by walking from Caernarfon Castle to Penrhyn Castle to raise money for this amazing charity.
