Raise money for men's mental health !

Many young and grown men suffer from mental health and some sadly, see no other option but to take their own lives.

In honour of my beloved Dad and many other young men/adults, I am going to do a sky dive to raise money for MMM. They are suicide prevention experts led by clinical expertise and lived experience. They work to change how society understands, prevents, and responds to suicide in men.

My Father sadly took his own life due to mental health almost 20 years ago and his anniversary approaches before my visit to Australia where the sky dive will be held on Wollongong beach on the 28th February 2026.
